Here in New York people love a good crumb cake. However the crumb topping needs to taste delicious otherwise there is no point in eating the cake. But in other parts of the country it seems to be the opposite. So I made sure the pudding cake was moist and flavorful and could stand on its own. The cinnamon swirl in the center adds our signature touch while the crumb topping made with 100% sweet butter and all brown sugar is sure to please even the most discriminating New Yorker.
